Coming in Blind
Context: Tony Robbins has everyone fill out questionnaires prior to a workshop because he has found, among other things, that a certain number of people at his workshops are suicidal. The Adverse Childhood Experience test correlates probability of PTSD, income, depression, suicide, illness with ten childhood events that take ten minutes to answer. This helps people on team see who is coming in what state and it also allows participants to be seen.
What follows is a series of major blind spots that I have observed leading to trauma, harm and death. These blind spots are the natural result of a protocol that has no pre-training and no intake form, as safety guides for an experience that is like no other.
